The Malang Trade and Industry Office (Diskopindag Malang) is a government agency in Malang City responsible for implementing government affairs in the areas of cooperatives, industry, and trade, which fall under the regional authority. At that time, this agency was implementing a program to provide various training programs to improve the skills of the people in Malang City. To meet this need, they wanted to create a website that would serve as both an information system for the training they were organizing and a management system for everything, from participant registration to reporting on the implementation of the training activities. I was asked to create a website that would serve as the system.
